A DIFFERENT APPROACH

Taking a Comprehensive Approach to Chiropractic Care

We understand there’s more to you than just your spine. Our chiropractor will take the time to understand your health history, lifestyle, and individual goals. Using this information, she will develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your specific needs.

By incorporating soft tissue therapies and stability exercises into the treatment plan with adjustments, we are able to get to the root of the problem and address it effectively for your long term health and mobility.

We specialize in working with women before, during and after pregnancy and active individuals as well as providing specialized treatment for children of all ages.

METHODS OF THERAPY

Chiropractic Specialities

By taking more time with each patient, they leave not only feeling heard, but they tend to get better faster.

Chiropractic Adjustment

Chiropractic adjustments alleviate joint restrictions, which can reduce pain, improve posture, increase range of motion, and enhance overall wellness.

It’s also beneficial for conditions like back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, and pregnancy-related discomforts.

Combining these adjustments with functional movement exercises is recommended.

Rehabilitation Exercises

We create custom exercises to address muscular imbalances, promote joint stability, and help patients recover from injuries or chronic pain conditions.

Used in conjunction with adjustments, prehab and rehab exercises can reinforce proper movement patterns, increase core stability, and reduce the risk of recurring problems.

Soft Tissue Therapy

Hands-on techniques like trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, or instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) can help to:

–> release tension
–> improve circulation
–> promote healing in muscles and connective tissue

This complements adjustments by directly addressing muscle-related issues that may contribute to joint dysfunction.
